Such a quiet Sunday and also a very nice day for the end of November.
Went back to work yesterday after a few days off, it wasn't as busy as i thought it would be but i suppose after black Friday a lot of people have probably run out of money, still got Cyber Monday tomorrow though which is basically an online version of black Friday (wonder how many websites are gonna crash/implement a queuing system?).
For anyone that doesn't know, Cyber Monday is a marketing term for the Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States. The term "Cyber Monday" was created by marketing companies to persuade people to shop online. The term made its debut on November 28, 2005, in a Shop.org press release entitled "'Cyber Monday Quickly Becoming One of the Biggest Online Shopping Days of the Year".[1].
So whats everyone doing today? i have done the housework and just chilling listening to 80's and 90's music on Youtube while writing this blog and catching up on a couple of survey's i had to do, not really an exciting life lol but enjoyable and i have my lovely fantastic wife and kids so what more could a man want!.
The only other things we have to do today is put up the xmas decs (oh yes Tree already up) and cook a lovely roast later :) AND JUST RELAX.
London kid by Jean Michel Jarre has just come on :) amazing song by an amazing musician.
Anyway enough of me boring you for today.

28/11/14
Well i go back to work tomorrow after a few days off, done most of what we wanted to do :).
I have been looking online at video's of people shopping in stores for the black friday event and so glad im not out shopping or at work, its just mad as to what lengths people will go to for a bargain,
i dont think any amount of aggro is worth that just for a few pounds off of an end of line item that suppliers and stores can no longer sell.
I know not all items are end of line but the majority of them are with a few top range lines thrown in for good measure, still anything that helps stores stay in business is worth doing to safeguard jobs etc.
On another note, i've been updating the movie reviews and added a few new ones since the other day if you would like to take a look, bearing in mind they are my own opinions.
Im thinking of maybe having 2 pages of film reviews, 1 for the best rated films and 1 for the rubbish films but not sure if this would work, im actually thinking of putting a small survey on here asking for opinions if anyone would be interested in filling it in?.
If i havent updated my life over the weekend i hope you all have a great weekend no matter what you are doing and will update again soon.
THANK YOU
Phil.

REMINISCING Part 2
Hello all again
Following on from yesterdays blog my secondary school years were not that great i was at the age (like most kids) that did not want to learn much as i thought i already knew everything, however if i knew then what i know now i would have bloody tried so much harder at school.
I was still quite an ill kid as a young teenager and missed a lot of lessons due to chest infections and generally being unwell, had some amazing friends at school and still keep in touch with quite a few, however as we all got older we all seemed to get married and lead our own lives, but all i can say is thank god for social networking.
I left school at 16 and walked straight into a full time job, working in a factory, think i stayed there about 2 years or so, then from there went straight into my second job which was a trainee baker, but being 18 at the time i really hated working nights so left there within about 3 or 4 months, from there i started working for a tyre company mainly just sorting out tyres occasionally going out on the vans.
For the next year i was doing my NVQ levels 1-3 in Microsoft courses which was great fun, met some really great people, and still keep in touch with one of them, then i got a job at the grand hotel in Brighton from 1996 to 1999, spent some wonderful years there with some amazing people and learnt so much, its a great place to work but at the time the hours were very long and very low pay...
Then in 1999 i started at Tesco and been there ever since...
In between,i married young, had 3 great children and divorced for various reasons, and a few years later met a wonderful woman through work and got married 4 years ago and had another child almost 3 years ago and then this year my firstborn gave me my first grandson.
Thats basically my life written on to 2 pages (well i dont think i will be able to publish a proper autobigraphy).
Anyway on another note i have started hunting for romantic poems and have now put some up on my pages at the right of my blog, there are some wonderful poems there with many more to follow.
Hope you are enjoying my blog and please remember to share via Facebook and Twitter. (i have a link on my main blog page to share)
Enjoy your day
Phil
